Advanced Close Protection Course

Course Description:

Join us in Denver on July 7-9, for our Advanced Close Protection Course! This course is for professional protectors and security providers who have prior security training and/or experience.

With an emphasis on practical field exercises, students will practice and refine their skills in a series of fast-paced scenarios. The core skills developed include: Situational Awareness, Kinesics, Coordinated Team Movements, Covert Communication, Advanced Vehicle Operations, Advanced Surveillance and Countersurveillance.

To simulate real life situations, instructors may implement hypothetical challenges into each scenario for students to overcome, such as communication failures, civil disruption, or local threat actors.

Students have the opportunity to learn special, field-tested techniques from current practitioners, and receive personalized feedback from their instructors. Advanced Courses are have an intentionally flexible schedule so instructors and students can determine which subjects warrant more practice and refinement, based on student interest.
